Commitment Period: Temporary Working Hours: 5-day week at 42 hours per week Salary: $10/Hr Location: Outram Responsibilities: * provide overall admin support to doctors. * apply & maintain Commitment Period: Temporary Working Hours: 5-day week at 42 hours per week Salary: $10/Hr Location: Outram Responsibilities: provide overall admin support to doctors. apply & maintain doctors' leave & projection for roster planners. ensure coverage and Specialist closure on time. assist in recording of daily incoming and outgoing medical reports. assign medical reports to doctors to reply & process reports for dept to collect. assist in doctor's VC claim submission, lost of staff card, name tag, name stamp, parking facilities etc. assist secretaries as & when. assist in organising dept filing.
