Temporary Clerical Support Officer (1 Year Contract)

Job Description
What the role is:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Clerical Support Officer to perform case registration and clerical duties.
What you will be working on:
- Register laboratory samples and coordinate return of exhibits o Assist with evidence room housekeeping and audit preparation o Conduct inventory stock taking and coordinate procurement replenishment o Handle archival and retrieval of reports with accurate data entry and record updates o Manage dispatch between laboratory sites and escort visitors o Use RPA tools to generate automated client communications o Assist project teams with scheduling and information coordination o Support case assignment team with daily tracking and updates o Assist the team with consumable stock management and delivery scheduling o Perform general clerical duties as required
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications o Intermediate computer literacy skills o Careful and meticulous approach to work
