Job Description

What the role is:The position will assist Finance in the Knowledge Management exercise to sort out those Finance cartons stored in the warehouse, sieve through the records and identify documents that can be disposed or digitalised for archival.What you will be working on:1. Go through documents in warehouse, office\'s cabinets and/or softcopies and update the Master Document listing record.
2. Assist in the identification of documents for disposal.
3. Assist in the identification of documents for archival and prepare for digitalisation.What we are looking for:1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WORD
2. Enthusiastic and Organised
3. 2 - 3 years in office administrative duties
4. Physically fit to carry boxes/cartons filled with files.
5. Ability and willingness to sort out old files/documents and work in dusty environment (eg warehouse).
6.
