What the role is:Temporary Executive, Finance (6 months)What you will be working on:JOB RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the asset verification exercise and coordinate with Schools and Departments to ensure progress is on schedule. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the asset tags are printed and handed over to Schools and Departments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure proper safekeeping and upkeep of loan records related to equipment used for asset verification. \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate system reports to provide weekly updates on the progress. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle queries from users with timely response. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate artworks valuation for Schools and Departments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other ad-hoc duties / administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager.What we are looking for:JOB REQUIREMENTS \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably GCE \'A\' levels, ITE, Diploma or other recognized educational certification holders \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in MS Office (particularly in Excel and Outlook) \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective in written and verbal communication in English \xe2\x80\xa2 Good team player \xe2\x80\xa2 Commit for minimum 6 months with possibility to extendAbout Temasek Polytechnic:Established in 1990, Temasek Polytechnic (TP) is a leading institution of high learning nestled by the idyllic shores of Bedok Reservoir in Tampines.
