GCE xe2x80x98N/O/A Level / Nitec COS / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business Studies or Accounting
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good communication skills
Organization and attention to details
Preferably has accounting knowledge

Process direct and PO e-invoices, non-invoice templates and hardcopy payments in NFS@Gov.
Raise online and IBU journals in NFS@Gov.
Creation of deposit records in NFS@Gov.
Verify all relevant transactions received from the agencies are certified by the authorized Certifying Officers (COs).
Liaise with the agencies on the day-to-day operations and resolving issues/problems brought up by them.
Check VOICES (case management system) daily to pick and process Service Requests from the agencies in accordance to the agreed timeline.
