Service improvement for work efficiency, i.e. innovation through, e.g. automatic invoice payment, use of Robotic Process Automation for IT contracts
Tracking raising of procurement needs, Purchase Orders, IT payments, reminding vendor on invoicing
Manage IT vendors security clearance and access rights
Assist IT project managers on IT service requests, assets record paperwork such as updating and condemnation
Assist to track key IT deliverables (e.g. IT Asset and Inventory Management)
IT Contract tracking for services that are due (e.g. 3 months before it lapses)
