Assist on Design of Posters and Marketing Collaterals for Events
Assist with the Updating of Website
Manage the Application of Special Programmes
Assist on Course Mapping Requests for the Student Exchange Programme
Communicate or Follow-Up with Students Where Required (Emails, Phone Calls or Face to Face)
Organization of Meeting and Interviews with Students for Scholarships or Awards
Other Work Duties as assigned by Department
Qualifications
Singaporean/PR
18 Years of Age and Above
Fluent in Both Spoken and Written English
Have Obtained at least a Polytechnic Diploma
No prior Administrative Experience Required
Able to use Microsoft Office Functions
Able to use Canva or Photoshop
Experience in Graphic Design Work is a Bonus
