Job Description
This is a temporary position attached to a non-profit organization. Location: Paya Lebar
Duration: 01 month from 01 September 2022, subject to extension
Job Scope
– Call Companies to chase for outstanding debts
– Email Companies with invoice attachments
– Update Excel tracking sheet for calls and emails
– Follow up with Companies for payment date
– Data entry
– File documents and forms
– Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- O Level / LCCI Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Excel
