• Assist in the bank statement reconciliation, ensuring the accuracy of records and its on-time delivery.

• Assist in the review of collections and alerted outstanding accounts to sales teams to ensure timely payment of receivables.

• In charge of creation and maintenance of vendor records in the database, as well as reconciliation of supplies statements.

• Validate and process staff claims and invoices, ensuring that they are paid duly and charged to appropriate accounts.

• Assist Controller on any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a sales or manufacturing structure
• Proficiency in written & verbal English language
