Job Description
Date: 20-Feb-2023 Location: NUS ENTERPRISE, Kent Ridge Campus, SG Company: National University of Singapore
- Assist in posting of job vacancies on relevant websites
- Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to arrange interviews
- Manage onboarding and offboarding
- Support in general HR functions
- Prepare monthly mobile claim reimbursement
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma, preferably with specialization in Business, HR Resources or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably recruitment-focused
- Possess basic understanding of Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s employment laws and fair employment guidelines
- Meticulous, high integrity and adaptive to changes
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
