Are you passionate about gaming and looking for a fun and meaningful way to be part of a major event?
We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly volunteers to join our event crew at
Campus Game Fest 2025 https://cgf.sg/
happening atSuntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre
from30 October to 2 November 2025!
Whether you're a student, between jobs, or simply eager to gain hands-on experience in events and esports, we'd love to have you on board.
Volunteers will receive a daily stipend as a token of appreciation, along with meals and complimentary event tickets.
Come be part of the action and help us bring Singapore's biggest youth gaming festival to life!
Responsibilities
Assist with
on-site registration
andguest check-in
Managecrowd flow
and guide visitors to different event zonesPromote ticket purchases
and assist attendees with online transactions Support thecashback processing
and verification process Provide general information and ensure a smooth and welcoming visitor experience? Requirements
Friendly, well-spoken, and customer-oriented Confident in handling mobile apps and basic digital payment processes Responsible, punctual, and a good team player Prior experience in
event registration, ushering, or front-of-house roles

Oct 30 - Oct 31 :
9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.Nov 1 - Nov 2 :
9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.(Assignment duration: 1-3 days depending on schedule)
