1) Assist to plan, conceptualise & coordinate approved activities in SAFRA Yishun.

2) Promote events, activities and courses to increase level of participation and making sure that participants have overall positive experience.

3) Ensure correspondences with external organisation are properly kept for record and administrative purposes.

4) Ensure good discipline and compliance to standing rules & regulations.

5) Assist in the administrative duties within the department.

6) Handle members\' enquiries on all courses, activities and events.

7) Any other tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements :

• At least Diploma in Marketing or Events related diploma
• Good interpersonal and planning skills with attention to details and being meticulous
• Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office application (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
• Candidates on short or immediate notice with minimum 3 months commitment preferred.
