What the role is:We are looking for a dynamic temporary membership assistant to join the Business Development department.What you will be working on:We need an assistant to support our Business Development Dept and work together in both Sales Support Team & Ticketing Operations Team on below heavy daily workload.What we are looking for:Description of duties : Membership Support: Provide administrative support on membership email enquiries with timely feedback, as well as customer support system and ensure all enquiries are follow-up promptly within 3 working days. Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on generic membership database matters such as backend troubleshooting in the CRM system. Provides customer service operations on membership requests & enquiries. Perform membership refund and request includes sales orders, amendments, and cancellations. Contribute to research and designing of products and recommendation for membership related experience. Coordinate with various departments in sales process and the development of marketing collaterals. Provide support in all payment processing matters. Work with internal dept to create unique promo codes for open-dated tickets for membership related products. Coordinate communication and meetings amongst relevant internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate sale of products and after sales services for existing customers based on their requirements. Support Event Delivery: Support BD dept events / duties such as commercial filming, membership events, sales booth Involve in the operations / ground activation for membership related events such as roadshows, and tradeshows. Facilitate setup and tear-down for all membership related events.
