- 5 Days (Mon to Fri: 9.00am to 6.00pm)
Hourly Offered Salary
A S$12.00 per hour
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma Level qualification
- Possess good oral and written English communication skills
- Able to reply queries to customers via emails
- Able to assist outreach team on campus tour duty
- Prior customer service experience at counter and/or call centre
- Able to use PCs and familiar with internal browsers such as Internet Explorer and/or Google Chrome
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
- Confident in dealing with customers over the phone
- Has a pleasant personality and positive attitude
- Punctual, alert, independent and responsible
- Able to commit for the assignment
- Answer phone calls at Call Centre to assist students/parents, members of public with regards to:
a~ Simple course advising on full-time and part-time courses (i.e. min. entry requirement for full-time and part-time courses, registration period, course fees, appeal process, vacancies available etc)
a~ Directional queries
a~ Student matters (i.e. reset of password, bursary/financial assistance application/status, purchase of subsidized laptops, lockers, graduation, lost & found, certificates collection, replacement of certificates etc)
a~ Any other queries (i.e. rental of facility, interns for company, parking etc)
- Other administrative duties include:
a~ Preparing letters to be mailed out to students
a~ Updating information on booklets
a~ Certificates packing and distribution
a~ Reply emails from public/parents/students
