Hourly Offered Salary
A S$12.00 per hour
Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma Level qualification
Possess good oral and written English communication skills
Able to reply queries to customers via emails
Able to assist outreach team on campus tour duty
Prior customer service experience at counter and/or call centre
Able to use PCs and familiar with internal browsers such as Internet Explorer and/or Google Chrome
Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
Confident in dealing with customers over the phone
Has a pleasant personality and positive attitude
Punctual, alert, independent and responsible
Able to commit for the assignment
Answer phone calls at Call Centre to assist students/parents, members of public with regards to:
a~ Online application for full-time and part-time courses
a~ Simple course advising on full-time and part-time courses (i.e. min. entry requirement for full-time and part-time courses, registration period, course fees, appeal process, vacancies available etc)
a~ Directional queries
a~ Student matters (i.e. reset of password, bursary/financial assistance application/status, purchase of subsidized laptops, lockers, graduation, lost & found, certificates collection, replacement of certificates etc)
a~ Any other queries (i.e. rental of facility, interns for company, parking etc)
Other administrative duties include:
a~ PSEA form checking and sorting
a~ Preparing letters to be mailed out to students
a~ Updating information on booklets
a~ Certificates packing and distribution
a~ Reply emails from public/parents/students
