Job Description

Location : Kim Keat Road
Position: Temporary Officer - Registration Division (SNB Processes) - 3 pax
Agency: Secretariat of healthcare Professional Boards (SPB), Singapore Medical Council
Contract Duration o 12 months (From Jan 26)
Hourly Pay Rate o Degree - $18.50/hour
Working Days (5-day work week)

Monday to Thursday (8.30am to 6pm)

Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Responsibilities

Process applications for registration/enrolment as Nurses/ Midwives
Handle related applications, e.g., change of practice place, re-print of certificates, update particulars, allocation of e-applications
Perform closure of registration applications after completion of Competency Assessments
Process incoming source documents, including Verification of Registration (VR) and Transcripts of Nursing Education (TNE)
Manage hardcopy documents (housekeeping, scanning) as required
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Meticulous and confident, with good analytical and writing skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently and in a team
Positive work attitude, initiative, ability to multi-task and manage time under pressure
IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
Administrative experience preferred
