What the role is:You will be tasked to support day-to-day tech ops work and parts of the team\'s tech exploration efforts.What you will be working on:Your duties are as follows: (i) Management and maintenance of REACH\'s official website and email/SMS campaigns (ii) Providing website and tech support for REACH\'s flagship projects such as Singapore Model Parliament, and Budget and post-National Day Rally engagement efforts \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with internal and external partners to manage, maintain (including troubleshooting website matters) and enhance REACH\'s official website \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and maintain campaigns/projects involving emails, SMS, and/or large datasets and mailing lists (iii) Providing tech support in data system projects and giving assessment of tech solutions and platforms for trial/implementation by the bigger REACH team (iv) Supporting the tech aspects of REACH\'s Telegram and WhatsApp engagement projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with group chat moderation and generation of brief reports on chat group statistics \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with backend administrative work and features enhancement (v) Other duties as assignedWhat we are looking for:

• Good interpersonal skills, verbal communication and friendly demeanour \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with tech systems and programmes such as Content Management Systems (Sitefinity, MS Dynamics), Web Development (HTML, CSS, JS, SQL), Google Analytics \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with social media platforms including but not limited to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn. \xe2\x80\xa2 Some weekday evenings may be required when project deadline is tight. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva would be advantageous.
