Key Responsibilities
Design and implement creative, play-based learning experiences that cater to the developmental needs and interests of children from infancy through age 6.
Foster a culture of curiosity and exploration, recognizing and celebrating each child's strengths and interests.
Focus on nurturing children's social and emotional development as well as dispositions and approaches to learning.
Work closely with small groups of children, providing individualized attention and support to facilitate their growth and development.
Embrace diversity and inclusivity, ensuring that children from all backgrounds and circumstances feel valued and supported.
* Collaborate with Community Workers from Beyond Social Services to leverage resources and support networks to enhance the services provided to our children and their families.
