Job Responsibilities:
Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.
Takes and delivers messages to the right personnel.
Attend to walk-in visitors and direct visitors to appropriate personnel.
Monitors and record visitor access and issues passes when required.
Check and distribute incoming faxes.
Other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, recording and distribution of shipping documents when required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
GCE "N/O/A" Level
2 to 3 years of reception experience preferably in MNC
Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
PC literate in MS Office
