Business Segment Overview
Corporate: Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you'll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.
Responsibilities:
Primary duties will include:

• Greet visitors, clients, and staff professionally
• Notify relevant staff of visitor arrivals
• Prepare and serve beverages
• Keep reception and meeting rooms tidy
• Assist with booking meeting rooms
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
• Answer, screen, and transfer calls
• Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:
To land this role you will need:

• Customer service oriented and detail-focused
• Team oriented and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Minimum secondary education, ideally with one (1) year experience in a similar role
