Job Description

:

Working Location : Tuas (2 way transport provided to many mrt stations)

Working hours : 8 am to 4.45 pm (2 days wfh, 3 days work at Tuas office)

Period : Able to commit to work for 6 months from 5 Dec 2023 to May 2024

We are looking to hire a highly motivated, analytical, hands-on Temp Senior Accountant (6 months contract) who will be helping to prepare financial statements and reporting packages. Work is performed by applying knowledge of accounting concepts & controls and using spreadsheets and/or automated accounting systems. To assist the Senior Principal Accountant to help prepare audit report.

Liasing with Auditors in statutory audit & preparation of financial statements.

Preparing reporting packages extracted from HFM.

Preparing Intercompany Confirmation Reports

Other ad hoc assignments.

Qualifications:

Min. Degree in Accounting/ACCA or equivalent at least 2 years of accounting experience

Hands-on Knowledge of computerized accounting systems (SAP) & HFM (Hyperion) preferred but not necessary.

Positive work attitude, Self-Starter, Hands-on and able to work independently

Excellent Excel and numeracy skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with both financial and non financial personnel

Able to work at Tuas south
