To co-ordinate with Air freight team, and concerned parties to provide good service and remain services performance.
To perform Customs Clearance Services on behalf of customers in line with Thai Customs Laws.
To know proper HS code / Permits / Licenses and describe / explain correctly to Thai customs and concerned parties.
To be proactive in resolving issues, problems and regular update to Air freight team / all other concerned parties properly.
Always align local laws and regulations in relation to all customs clearance activities and comply 100% with company policy / directives.
Check quality and accuracy of works to meet company standard and objectives.
Submit tariff / related charge approved by MD/RD and passing over to the Billing team every day after finished daily customs clearance.
Provide additional services beyond daily duties / assignments or upon request by Team Leader / Manager.
