What the role is:Temporary Sports Executive (11.5 months)What you will be working on:The successful appointee will be expected to support the Sports Education Division in the following areas: Design and develop learning materials and assessment strategies in the area of Sports Education Assist in logistical & administrative support and financial matters for Sports Education subjects Manage the implementation of sports science programmes and initiatives for CCA groups Manage CCA groups and be the liaison between students, coaches, schools and other key partners and stakeholders eg POL-ITE, IVP, MOE schools for talent recruitment Assist in the hosting of POL-ITE games and chaperon teams for competitions Manage the procurement of sports equipment &/or attire for CCA groups Contribute to best practices and knowledge of business processes to improve programmes and services eg procurement of coaches and vendors services. Contribute to department, poly-wide/school-wide events or activities Able to work beyond office hours when requiredWhat we are looking for:

• Preferably possess qualification in the area of Sports Science, Sports Coaching or Sports Management Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience Preferably experience in competitive sports Keen interest in student development work Strong administrative skills IT-savvy and proficient in MS Office, especially in MS EXCEL, data collection and analysis. Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication (written and spoken) skills. Creative, analytical, resourceful and result-oriented team player. Physically fit and able to work beyond office hours.
