What the role is:Temporary Sports Executive (11.5 months)What you will be working on:The successful appointee will be expected to support the Sports Education Division in the following areas: \xe2\x80\xa2 Design and develop learning materials and assessment strategies in the area of Sports Education \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in logistical & administrative support and financial matters for Sports Education subjects \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the implementation of sports science programmes and initiatives for CCA groups \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage CCA groups and be the liaison between students, coaches, schools and other key partners and stakeholders eg POL-ITE, IVP, MOE schools for talent recruitment \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the hosting of POL-ITE games and chaperon teams for competitions \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the procurement of sports equipment &/or attire for CCA groups \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to best practices and knowledge of business processes to improve programmes and services eg procurement of coaches and vendors services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to department, poly-wide/school-wide events or activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work beyond office hours when requiredWhat we are looking for:

• Preferably possess qualification in the area of Sports Science, Sports Coaching or Sports Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably experience in competitive sports \xe2\x80\xa2 Keen interest in student development work \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong administrative skills \xe2\x80\xa2 IT-savvy and proficient in MS Office, especially in MS EXCEL, data collection and analysis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication (written and spoken) skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creative, analytical, resourceful and result-oriented team player. \xe2\x80\xa2 Physically fit and able to work beyond office hours.
