Job Description

What the role is:You will be involved in the tenancy design of the retail units in exciting new and existing industrial parks/new industrial estates, such as one-north and Punggol Digital District.What you will be working on:1) Tenancy management activities and review of policies & processes relating to tenancy design for the development, and be the key point of contact for new/existing tenants for fitting out. 2) Coordinate all tenancy fit-out and reinstatement activities with retailers, retailers' consultants/contractors, service providers and mall management e.g Punggol Digital District and Fusionopolis 1. 3) Conduct mall walks and daily spot checks on term contractors to ensure that works are carried out satisfactorily. 4) Conduct design briefing, provide guidance on fit-out procedures to new tenants and monitor fit-out work progress. 5) Review all documentations for renovation/ fit-out works applications and ensure compliance with building and statutory requirements. 6) Assist to collect as-built drawings, insurance certificates, fit-out deposits, service reports and other fees / document in relation to fit-out work, pre-opening and operations from retailers. 7) Conduct regular inspection of work site and ensure strict adherence to our policies and procedures. 8) Arrange with retailers for handing/taking over of the premises to/from retailers.What we are looking for:1) Background in Design and Building Management, Interior Design or Architecture 2) At least 2 years' experience in interior design and construction in retail, with strong fitting-out project management skills 3) Excellent working knowledge on technical details and drawings with proficiency in AutoCad; Adobe/Photoshop/3D Max/Sketch Up will be an added advantage. 4) Strong technical background with hands-on experience in store development and knowledge of building guidelines, requirements and regulations 5) Meticulous and able to work independently and in a team in a dynamic environment 6) Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 7) Working experience in mall management will be an added advantage.About JTC Corporation:Master planner.
