Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused

Real Estate Agent

to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for handling our clients' property portfolios -- from marketing listings and conducting viewings to managing negotiations and ensuring smooth transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and serve Pegasus clients' property portfolios (sales and rental). Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client consultations. Prepare and present marketing materials for listings. Advise clients on market trends, valuation, and investment opportunities. Handle negotiations, documentation, and coordination with legal and financial parties. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Must possess a valid

Real Estate Salesperson (RES) Licence

issued by

CEA

. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, responsible, and professional in work attitude. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in residential or commercial real estate will be an advantage, but fresh licensees are welcome to apply.
