Within its Manila office, Colliers International Philippines now has a staff of over 500 dedicated individuals.

Colliers International Philippines has been widely known for its customer-centered approach which makes every client experience unique and meaningful. Tenant Representation is one of the most established services offered by Colliers as the team accelerates their approach in representing business owners (Tenants), in locating office and commercial leasing spaces beneficial for the growth of their business. It’s more than just a space. This dynamic team is looking for experts who can understand client businesses intimately.
The Successful Negotiator
Research Skills You love to know more about the business of our clients: their history, start-up years, early achievements, and cost of investment. To acknowledge the simple highs and lows of their organization is the main key in understanding how the business runs.
Customer Orientation Every business owner has their own risk level. Our experts are adept in making clients feel comfortable regardless of how high or low they’re willing to take for the success of their business. Some clients draw their inspiration to succeed from their loved ones; as a Negotiator, it is important to understand these simple but very important details.
Inventory Management Now that you know more about our client and their business, it’s time to check and update the property inventory that we have. The more spaces we got means a lot more options and possible opportunities to choose from. This is also the best time to visit new commercial and office spaces. Fascinate your eyes and feed your mind as you take a day or two for ocular visits. Talk to the building management team to know more about the beauty of your chosen floor area, the possible challenges tenants might have, the leasing terms and all other important details about the space.
Presentation Skills You spotted several spaces which you think best fits the needs of our clients. Now it’s time to make that presentation and put your best foot forward as you pitch in your proposal to our clients. Not all clients are ready for long talks as it make them snooze out of their chair; try to explain the contents of your contract in a very simple but explicit manner.
Documentation Skills Congratulations, you were able to close this deal! But work doesn’t stop just right away, we must ensure that we give our best all the way up to the turnover day. And in between closing the deal and ribbon cutting, is a lot of documentation. We don’t want to drop our clients easily and let them be, a little more paper and leg work here and there is always good for our health.
Client Engagement Activities Closing your first transaction is always sweet, but you don’t have to stop from there. You can do it all over again, and as many times as you want. How? By organizing activities and events for possible clients and business owners. What’s good about business is that there’s always something new, be it a coffee and tea shop, or a new playing hub for an E-Sports company; one can never run out of ideas for a good business and great opportunity. All you got to do is to pull them together and show them why Colliers do business differently.
