Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining positive relationships with tenants for the Client\xe2\x80\x99s properties
  • Drive and support the operation team in the day-to-day operation and communication to tenants in areas such as encroachment issues and tenants education such as in area of sustainability
  • Ensure prompt and positive action on all tenants and member of public\'s complaints, questions, concerns and suggestions, as well as conduct quality assurance follow-up via various channels
  • Provide attention to serious cases and escalate to manager if required
  • Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.
  • Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner with customer care attitude
  • Conduct surveys to gather tenants\xe2\x80\x99 feedback
  • Hold regular dialogue sessions with the tenants or merchant associations to assess feedbacks and close any service delivery gaps
  • Resolving disputes between tenants
  • Review and maintain minutes for the monthly dialogue session prepared by site officers
  • Assist in recovering arrears for utilities, a/c extension, rental fees and any other expenses and costs.
  • Assist in major events and activities held at site
  • Assist in site operational matters when required by the manager
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:Experience:
  • Possess a minimum of an "O" level certificate (or equivalent) with experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge or experience in customer services in facilities management or hospitality industry is preferred
  • Ability to write and communicate in different languages
Customer-Oriented:
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with tenants and guests.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to shifting schedules.
Technologically Savvy:
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and comfortable navigating the internet.
  • IT-savvy with a good understanding of technology.
