What the Role Entails
With our strong international growth, Tencent Cloud International is now on the lookout for ambitious undergraduates or graduate students eager to dive into the exciting world of product management, work with cutting-edge technologies, and shape the future of cloud computing. As a Product Management Intern for EdgeOne, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and strategy of one of Tencent Cloud's flagship products. Working closely with our experienced product managers and engineering teams, you'll gain first-hand experience in product lifecycle management, market analysis, feature prioritization, and user experience optimization. This internship is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the competitive landscape of cloud technology.
Responsibilities

• Participate in the requirement analysis and feature planning for network acceleration and security, application security, Edge Serverless, Edge AI products, gaining a deep understanding of product development and market needs through internships or project experiences.
• Stay informed about global trends in the network acceleration and security product industry, assist in market analysis and customer needs research, and help plan the future direction of the product.
• Learn and participate in various aspects of product lifecycle management under team guidance, including product pricing, demand management, quality management, and delivery management.
• Engage deeply in user scenarios to learn how to plan excellent product experiences, and collaborate in teams to promote the application of products across different industries.

Who We Look For

• Final-year undergraduates / graduate students majoring in technology, management, economics, computer science, or its equivalents, with a vision to pursue his/her product management career in public cloud industry. Relevant product management certifications would be advantageous
• Able to commit at least 6-month full-time/ 3-day part-time internship
• Basic understanding and willingness to learn about latest technologies, with a keen interest in network acceleration and security, application security, serverless, AI fields.
• Possess strong logical thinking and communication skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin in order to communicate with China-headquarters based stakeholders; able to articulate ideas clearly and communicate effectively.
• Strong business acumen with great sense of end users' pain points and the ability considering product issues from the perspectives of users and the market.
• Proactive in problem-solving with the courage to make difficult yet correct decisions.
• Excellent team player with the ability to learn independently and withstand work pressure.
