Join our dynamic team as a Tencent Cloud PaaS Associate Site Reliability Engineer, where youll be at the forefront of ensuring the stability, efficiency, and innovation of our cloud products. In this role, youll take on the challenge of monitoring and optimizing cutting-edge systems, driving architectural improvements that enhance performance and scalability. Youll also spearhead automation initiatives, implementing high-availability solutions that keep our operations running smoothly. Collaborating with diverse teams across the organization, youll play a key role in shaping the future of Tencent Clouds PaaS offerings. This is the perfect opportunity for a fresh graduate eager to make a significant impact in the fast-evolving world of cloud technology.Responsibilities

• System Monitoring and Maintenance: Ensure the stability and reliability of Tencent Cloud's PaaS products by continuously monitoring systems, resolving technical issues, and mitigating risks to maintain seamless operations.
• Architecture Optimization: Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize and upgrade product architecture, enhancing system performance and scalability through a deep understanding of cloud technologies.
• Automation and High-Availability: Implement automated operations and develop high-availability components, focusing on improving system efficiency and conducting high-availability drills.
• Tool and Platform Utilization: Utilize CI/CD pipelines, intelligent monitoring systems, and data analytics to enhance operational workflows, reduce costs, and eliminate inefficiencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields, with graduation between January 2024 and December 2025. Candidates still studying must be able to join by the end of 2025.
• Experience with public cloud platforms is preferred. Cloud certifications are a plus.
• Good understanding and hands-on prior experience of distributed systems and familiarity with technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Nginx, Redis, Kafka, and MySQL.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Go, Shell, or Python.
• Strong skills in Linux systems and TCP/IP protocols, with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese Mandarin to work with stakeholders in China and manage cross-country tools and documents.
