What the Role Entails
Position Overview
Tencent Cloud is seeking an experienced Product Manager, Cloud Communication Solutions to lead the planning and evolution of our communication products, including SMS, voice, email, WhatsApp, RCS, and more. Based in Singapore, you will be at the forefront of shaping product strategies, identifying customer needs, and tracking emerging technologies to strengthen Tencent Cloud's competitiveness in global markets. This role requires a strong mix of product expertise, technical understanding and cross-functional collaboration skills, offering the opportunity to deliver impactful solutions that redefine enterprise communications.
Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Tencent Cloud's integrated communication products (SMS, voice, email, WhatsApp, RCS, etc.), exploring market demand and technology trends to create product roadmaps that enhance competitiveness.
• Gather customer requirements, assess their feasibility and prioritization, and incorporate them into product planning.
• Deliver high-quality product requirement documents and related materials, ensuring all stakeholders have a clear understanding and alignment to drive successful product iterations.
• Work closely with project managers to balance planning and iteration cycles, ensuring the product develops according to roadmap expectations.

Who We Look For

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or its equivalents
• Over 5 years of product planning/design experience in communication products, with proven expertise across multiple domains and a solid understanding of integrated communication market trends.
• Strong communication, documentation, and project management abilities; capable of driving effective cross-team collaboration, producing high-quality documentation, and managing product roadmaps.
• Solid technical foundation with the ability to assess technical implementation approaches, complexity, and effort requirements.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese, with the ability to use both as working languages to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the international market landscape.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling integrated communication products is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
