What the Role Entails
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead Tencent Cloud's Email Delivery Solutions offering. In this role, you will take full ownership of product strategy, planning, and operations, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with global teams to capture market trends, refine product positioning, and design scalable processes that enable reliable, secure, and high-volume email delivery across diverse industries. This is a unique opportunity to shape a mission-critical service that underpins communication for leading enterprises worldwide.
Responsibilities
Define the strategic direction, roadmap, and positioning of Tencent Cloud's Transactional Email Service, balancing customer experience with revenue and profitability goals.
Continuously track global email delivery market trends, identify customer pain points, and develop innovative product strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Lead the creation of high-quality product requirement documents (PRDs), working cross-functionally to drive implementation and ensure timely product iterations.
Oversee operational workflows, including customer onboarding, traffic management, IP/domain reputation management, and compliance processes to ensure service health and sustainability.
Engage directly with customers, addressing integration and usage requirements, while ensuring seamless adoption and high satisfaction levels.
Represent the product in both internal and external forums, advocating best practices, and supporting marketing and sales enablement initiatives.
