Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company\'s cloud and industry Internet strategy. CSIG explores the interactions between users and industries to create innovative solutions for smart industries via technological advancements such as cloud, AI, and network security. While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.

Position Overview

With our business growth, we are now looking for Singapore-based Product Operations Managers to join our fast-growing Tencent Cloud Southeast-Asia (SEA) business. He/she will be collaborating with the local sales teams and the local telco suppliers to drive the expansion of our communication business across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist businesses to expand SMS/voice/OTT and other communications products in SEA. Find and recruit high-performing telecommunication suppliers to ensure the sustainable resource flow across the region for Tencent Cloud business.
  • Participate in Tencent Cloud communication services resource planning; formulate resource planning solutions and its respective implementation framework, and build and improve the resource management ecosystem.
  • Support the sales of communication products in Southeast Asia; participate in customer success activities and provide consulting and technical support to sales/after-sales/service team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above in computer or telecommunication related majors.
  • Solid and relevant work experience in communications (SMS/voice/OTT) industry within SEA region with strong communications supplier resources
  • Well-versed in SEA communications (SMS/voice/OTT) industry market info.
  • Insightful and observant with global vision. Able to decipher the market trends of the global communications industry quickly and constantly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
