Education required: Undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Life Sciences, Business, Pharmacy, Data Analytics, Public Health, or Health Sciences

Other requirements: Must be enrolled in Singapore university for the duration of your program(me)

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

Expected Start date: January 2024

What will you do?

We are looking for 1 intern to support the Pharmaceuticals business area to support and drive the classic & established portfolio of our products here in Singapore. The intern will be supporting the tender business as well as partnering with business development team to promote and increase awareness and education of our brand and products

You will be required to:

Understand what tender management and business development is and experience the day-to-day operations in pharmaceutical industry.

Track and attend to tender calls, results, supply, and stocks allocations

Assist in building and maintaining an accurate tender database

Assist in the development of marketing materials

Getting approval and certification for marketing materials that are in line with industry and company guidelines

Perform data analysis to understand market trends

Run a desktop research on assigned projects

Perform other ad hoc tasks that may be required

What will you learn?

Learn about supply management and appreciate the importance of good supply management leading to good tender fulfillment in hospitals.

Develop business acumen skill sets through understanding the strategies applied in a competitive environment.

Key contributor to a good database system for tender analysis. Candidate will be able to see the end to end process of building a database and develop analytic skills using the database and draft a proposal.

Stakeholder Management \xe2\x80\x93 opportunity to work with stakeholders across the organizations including Pricing, Sales, Marketing and Medical

Project Management and strategic thinking skills \xe2\x80\x93 research and linking up data, presenting to internal team on the findings, gather feedbacks and discover the data gap.

Discover individual\xe2\x80\x99s strengths, interest, and suitability for the commercial arena.

Positive attitude with a keen interest to learn.

Ethically grounded due to the nature of information that you will be in contact with.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking purposes
