• Position Title: Tender Executive/ Inside Sales Executive
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: 5 days (M-F, 9 AM-6 PM)
• Salary: Up to $3500 + Fixed transport allowance $120 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent Role

Responsibilities

• Handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 RFQs and/or Tenders assigned by the Company.
• Prepare RFQs/Tenders according to the customer\xe2\x80\x99s tender requirements.
• Develop good working relationships with internal/external contacts to source rates/key information.
• Work closely with Superior to support the tender management and submission.
• Carry out research in relation to the tender function, if necessary.
• Rates negotiations/sourcing with airlines/carriers/NVOCC/co-loaders.
• Rates compilation and maintaining them on a monthly basis.
• Enter and maintain rates/quotations using Cargowise (CW1).
• Prepare sea freight/ airfreight import, export, offshore and trucking quotations to customers.
• The shipment follows up, sends pre-alerts, and arranges marine insurance coverage for shipments.
• Handling of rates disputes/problem-solving.
• Follow up on customers\xe2\x80\x99 outstanding payments.
• Work closely and support the sales team.
• Joint sales visit to see customers.
• Miscellaneous tasks assigned by HOD.

• Possess airfreight and sea freight knowledge
