Job Summary:

• Company background: German MNC Logistics field
• Working location: West Singapore
• Working days & hrs: 5 days, (Mon - Fri), 8.30am - 6.15pm
• Salary Range: up to S$ 5500 (dep on exp) + VB

Primary Responsibilities

• Support RFQ, RFI and tender request from commercial team
• Review and understand RFQ requirements, rate card structure, operational requirements, terms and conditions
• Working with other internal stakeholders e.g: Business Development, procurement, operation team to review opportunity and deliver competitive and quality proposal
• Responsible monthly tender data records update and follow up on the tender submission progress
• Experienced in tender management, contract management, logistics pricing in relevant industry
• Ensure, deliver and up-to-date tender feedback to the relevant functions and departments
• Comfortable to work independently and reporting to General Manager
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and word
