Responsibilities:

• Ensuring tenders are monitored and aligned with company requirements.
• Drafting clarifications for tenders.
• Assisting in cost and pricing calculations.
• Managing tender reviews and deadlines, and adjusting to meet developers\' frameworks.
• Exhibiting excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Skilled in multitasking.
• Ensuring pre-qualification and tenders meet client requirements and resources are sufficient for completion.
• Conducting a thorough review of inquiries to ensure all technical and contractual requirements are met.
• Organizing technical and commercial meetings as needed.
• Preparing pricing, including resource costing, verification, and timing for lump sum components.
• Overseeing proposal preparation to ensure it meets client requirements or is appropriately qualified.
• Handling post-submission clarifications and revisions to tenders based on client requirements.
• Making sure proposals are technically sound, innovative when necessary, and fully address client requirements, with preferred solutions agreed upon before submission.
• Possessing essential knowledge of cost economics.
• Offering leadership, advice, and support to team members.
