Tender Manager [ Qs / M&e ] ($3500 $4500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Preparation of tender and contract documents including BQ
- Prepare and analyze costing for tenders
- Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
- Assist in preparation of budget for M&E works
- Update M&E drawing
- Sourcing for sub-contractors and suppliers and price negotiation
- Support and tender multiple M&E projects concurrently
- Lead pre-tender meetings and brief team members\' duties during estimate preparation and submission stage
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with tendering, project cost control in M&E works is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
