Adecco is partnering with the top 3PL market leader in the 3PL and they are currently looking for a Tender & Pricing Manager for ocean freight. This role will be responsible for the tender management while managing RFQ pipelines, driving competitiveness, handling inquiries, monitoring bid status, and maintaining data quality and compliance.The Job:

• Providing weekly and monthly summaries of Tender status and performance to Regional Product Teams.
• Actively participating in Global/Regional Pricing discussions to contribute to tender evaluation
• Regularly reviewing the RFQ pipeline, and ensuring that global/Regional pricing instructions are translated and communicated effectively to the pricing teams at the country or regional level involved in RFQs
• Oversee and assess pricing submissions to ensure they meet customer service standards in terms of completeness and accuracy. Facilitate pricing discussions among internal stakeholders to guarantee competitiveness before tender submission to customers.
• Ensure prompt, competitive, and comprehensive submission of RFQ rate cards and other necessary documents to Tender Management or APAC/Global Pricing Lead.
• Address pricing inquiries from the entire network

The Talent:

• Minimum of 8 years of industry experience in Ocean Pricing and RFP/RFQ management is required
