Job Scope:

Review and analyze customer specifications, drawings, and other tender documents to understand project requirements.

Develop and manage tender documentation including bills of quantities, technical specifications, and other relevant documents.

Coordinate with other departments such as sales, engineering, and project management to develop comprehensive and competitive tender proposals.

Estimate project costs and preparing pricing and commercial proposals.

Ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and legal requirements.

Maintain a good understanding of the company\'s products and services, as well as market trends and competitors.

Participate in pre-tender meetings, site visits, and client presentations.

Ensure timely submission of tenders and following up with customers for feedback.

Follow the Customer Project Process related to offer submittal: Risks analysis, offer review, tender submittal review, escalation workflow for getting the final approval at the Delegation of Authority (DOA) corresponding level

Observe the application of the Services Selling Governance rules and the Tendering Process in place.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor\'s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of Tendering/Sales support experience in Electrical / Automation industry
• Be able to demonstrate related work experience and a strong track record in similar role, such as sales, tendering or field engineer.
• Demonstrated background with building management systems / industrial automation, PLC/SCADA system.
• Passionate about engineering design, budget costing calculation.
• Ability to engage with Customers and Account Managers in workshops and draw out technical requirements
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Effective in MS Office, Teams, Salesforce packages
