Job Description
Our client is a Logistic MNC industry. They are looking for a Tendering Executive to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the West
Duties:
- Responsible process tender/RFQ include understand the requirements and prepare RFQ details.
- Liaise closely with Key Account Management Team and Management on RFQ briefing and Conduct Cost & Selling analysis.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders, clients to prepare the tender/RFQ scope and specifications.
- Responsible for pricing maintenance and updates.
- Responsible for implementation of awarded tender and RFQ.
- Ensure continuous improvement of processes.
- Handle internal dispute.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Min 2 years of experience in pricing/shipping/logistics/freight forwarding industry
- Good experience and strong in Excel and V-Look up.
- Good with numbers and dates
