Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Tendering Manager to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible. Responsibilities: Responsible for the preparation/submission of company tenders, ensuring that the tenders meet the company's commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign offs required Liaise closely with the company's various departments to provide effective insights and solutions to meet the company's objectives Responsible for sustaining and improving the company's profit margin on tenders Responsible for following up the outstanding tenders with customers and vendors in accordance with the agreed requirements by the company Liaise and work with the company's Sales Team to prepare for accurate Lost Bid Analysis for issued tenders Update outstanding tender status in the company's system and provide reports/updates on tendering activities, such as their trends and analysis Liaise and closely with internal departments to ensure efficient handover of tenders/orders Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum Degree in Mechanical engineering or relevant qualification Minimum 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing/Engineering or relevant industry (Pump industry) Knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with complex technical tenders/reports and contract negotiation in an MNC Environment Knowledgeable in using SAP system Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.
