Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Your Role
RESPONSIBILITIES Direct Responsibilities

• The Teradata developer main responsibility is to ensure collaboration between the technical teams and have a good architect/solution mindset.
• Leading discussion with internal Architecture, Security and Risk teams.
• The developer is also responsible to help build and maintain a robust enterprise wide datawarehouse/datamart.
• Design and maintenance of data warehouses through collaborative engagement with business analysts to materialize requirements into logical and physical specifications.
• Support to the development teams in the use of corporate standard data platform and assistance with workflow development through the stages of requirements gathering, design and deployment.
• Responsible for proper documentation of technical specifications.
• End-to-end responsibility to deliver the code in all the environments: DEV/SIT/UAT/Prod.
• Participate in functional testing with the testing team in SIT and Users in UAT.
• Contribute to support activities.
• Ability to analyze, debug any code issues and help team i.e.
• Raise the issue to higher management in case it involves risk to the project timeline.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• 8+ years of experience on building and maintaining datawarehouse/datamart.
• Sound experience in Enterprise Architect/Solutioning particularly on Data transformation, ingestion.
• Expert knowledge of metadata management (DataModel) and related tools.
• Sound experience in Postgres, Teradata, Tableau, Python, R, PL/SQL or similar tools.
• Familiar in design and development of business intelligence solutions.
• Familiar with Cloud and API technology.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• High level of professionalism, patience and maturity
• Ability to guide/coach technical team members and also a team player

Good to have

• Experience in Wealth Management / Private banking particular in Marketing or CRM areas.
• Data Analytics
• Java Technical stack
• Kafka
• Docker experience
