What\xe2\x80\x99s the role?

As Territory Manager, your key accountabilities include the following:

• Goal Zero on sites in Singapore.
• Drive Site Profitability including delivery of the financial targets (e.g. fuels volume, Shell SELECT sales, Premium penetration) and streamlining site operating costs through structured business reviews and executing action plans. Deliver through Ultimate Potential methodology.
• Responsible for performance and relationship management of retailers at site level to ensure consistent delivery of the Shell Customer Commitment, Operations Excellence and HSSE.
• Advise, offer, and implement Retailers Shell recommended tools, processes, and support to help them to profitably deliver the Shell Customer Commitment at the site and to develop the business for the mutual benefit of both the Retailer and Shell. Delivery of Shell Customer.
• Commitment will be through operational excellence in site operational standards including HSSE and Shell Business Principles, contracts, and manuals, across the network.
• Collaborating with the Retailers through coaching, supporting and performance management to deliver the basics and ensure high performance, maximizing all sales development potential whilst protecting Shell\'s interests.
• Ensuring that the Retailer trains and develops their staff and understands the importance of People in delivering the Customer Commitment.
• Support E-mobility projects.
• Manage interface with other teams including Marketing, NFR, HSSE, Engineering, Network Development, Operations, Distribution, Fleet Solutions etc.

What we need from you

We are keen to speak to professionals with the following:

• Demonstrated track record of visible HSSE leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial results.
• Have experience in Mobility sales and operations and in managing retailers. This is preferred but not essential. Operational experience acquired in other LOB\xe2\x80\x99s will be valued.
• Collaborate with high effectiveness with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at different levels to promote Shell\xe2\x80\x99s three priorities \xe2\x80\x93 Cash, Continuity and Care.
• A team player with excellent communication, relationship building, people management, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Agility and Innovation: Excellent abilities in managing complexities and changing business needs.
• Empathy and Can-do attitude in responding and meeting tight timeline while showing care to people.
• Being entrepreneurial in developing and doing initiatives that deliver the most value.
