Job Description

Responsibilities:

1)Dealer Management

• Complete in setting up dealer yearly business plan with supervisor;
• Weekly (or when applicable) report on dealer activities and market condition;
• Monthly dealer performance report (Order, sales and stock reporting);
• Tracking of allocated dealer business plan completion (monthly orders, dealer co-op, dealer sales action plan/activities);
• Sales support (product information, CSM quotation, secure special production spots, customer visit) to allocated dealer;
• Special pricing approval (preparation and obtain approval from supervisors);
• Ensure dealer maximize Sales Campaign;
• Maintain dealer organization chart and records;
• Improve dealer representation (coverage, promotion, investment) of brand;
• Product refreshment training.

2)Product Specialist

• Understanding key selling features and option offering for specific application on all our products;
• Constant feedback of competitors\' product and trend to Product Marketing for future product development.

3)Account Receivable

• Accounts receivable collections & follow up

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/mechatronic/Electrical
• Minimum 2-3 year of relevant experience in similar industry
• Willing to travel overseas
