QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must be possessed a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business, Licensed or Non-licensed.
Experience in feeds or agriculture is an advantage;
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint);
Has a valid driver's license;
Work experience as a sales representative
excellent communication
Familiar with our industry;
Willing to work in Zamboanga

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the overall achievement of sales, collection and financial growth objectives of the territory;
Develops the overall territory plan which includes customer segmentation and development;
Manages the territory monthly forecast;
Spots business development opportunities within his territory (new products/extensions, new customers etc.);
Ensures the execution of national marketing programs within his territory;
Directly handles field technicians.
