Test Analysis Engineer

Job Description
Covering wafer sort and Final Test at OSAT- Deploy tools and automate/standardize reports to support Test Operation Team
- Generate and recommend products yield limit/SBL to optimize yield and excursion
- Monitor and identify operation gap at OSAT eg. Site-to-site gap, drift in hardware and probe/socket cleaning optimization
- Identify failure rate with test pattern and high recovery pattern for improvement
- Summarize shmoo results in visual format for quick analysis on marginal patterns
- Work with Manufacturing IT to enable/enhance manufacturing support tool
- Support Fab, Sort/Test and Assembly manufacturing integration program
- Support wafer map, sort/test data integrity in database system
Qualifications
Bachelor/Master Degree in Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 5 years working experience in high volume semiconductor testing or electronics manufacturing
- Experience in ATE tester, e.g: V93K, T2K and J750
- Proficient in scripting eg. Python to support data management and automation
- Experience in Synopsys Yield Explorer, SiliconDash and Cloud applications will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and able to interface/communicate effectively at all levels with Intel and supplier counterparts
