Job Summary

:

We are seeking a motivated Test and Assembly Engineer Intern to join our production and engineering team at our newly established branch in Singapore. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in product assembly, testing, and process optimization. You will work closely with experienced engineers and technicians to support daily manufacturing operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

:

Assist in product assembly processes, including component preparation, soldering, and mechanical integration Support functional and performance testing of assemblies, submodules, and final products using automated or manual test equipment. Record and analyze test results, identify issues, and assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Work with engineers to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and yield. Ensure proper documentation of assembly and test procedures according to company standards. Maintain and organize tools, jigs, and equipment in the production area. Adhere to all safety, ESD, and quality control procedures in daily operations. Participate in cross-functional meetings to support product launch or production ramp-up activities.

Qualifications

:

Studying bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Skillsets

:

Basic understanding of electronic assembly processes and test methodologies. Familiarity with test instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, or power supplies is an advantage. Hands-on skills in soldering, wiring, or PCB handling are preferred. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
