Test Engineer (contract, Semiconductor)
Job Description
Develop and implement ATE test programs for Digital, Power Management, RF & Mixed Signal ICs in wafer sort and packaged stages.
Design and debug test hardware including load boards and probe cards, supporting first silicon debug and production release.
Perform device characterization across PVT, optimizing digital test patterns, yield, and test time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in hardware, product engineering, design, quality, and foundry to enhance test methodologies.
Requirements:
Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from a reputed university.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a
lab environment, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic circuits
. Proficiency in digital and analog electronics, with experience in Python scripting for automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and optimize test processes.If you are keen to apply for the position, kindly email your detailed resume in
