Job Description

:

Test program Development for Digital, Power Management, RF & Mixed Signal Integrated Circuits (IC's) using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for wafer sort and packaged IC's Design Test Hardware Load board and Probe Card Work closely with the design engineers on the first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring up and production release activities Debug of digital test patterns and Device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage and Temperature) Involve in production release, yield improvement and test time reduction Operation of Automatic Wafer Prober, Test Handler High level of collaboration and interaction with different Hardware, Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams.

Job Requirements:

Fresh Graduates from reputed Universities with Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering, or Candidates with minimum, 2 years of experience Good Knowledge of Digital and Analog electronics, able to write scripts using Python is desired. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with desire to perform hands-on work within a lab environment. * Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to work independently
