Job Description

:

• Test program Development for Digital, Power Management , RF & Mixed Signal Integrated Circuits (IC\'s) using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for wafer sort and packaged IC\'s
• Design Test Hardware Load board and Probe Card
• Work closely with the design engineers on the first silicon debug, device

characterization, test program bring up and production release activities * Debug of digital test patterns and Device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage and Temperature)

• Involve on test program hand on, production release, yield improvement and test time reduction
• Operation of Automatic Wafer Prober, Test Handler
• High level of collaboration and interaction with different Hardware, Product
• Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering , or Candidates with minimum, 2 years of experience
• Good Knowledge of Digital and Analog electronics, able to write scripts using Python is desired.
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability with desire to perform hands-on work within a lab environment .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to work independently
• Result oriented and willingness to learn
• Selected candidates will be undergoing a training of six months and will be signing up for a contract of eighteen months after confirmation (Training period inclusive).
