Adecco is partnering with a multinational corporation Semiconductor company to search for a Test Engineer

The Opportunity

Focus: PC Set up/ Troubleshooting system integration testing and analyze SSD Issues
Office location: Singapore, North East
Working hours: 5 days\' work (Monday-Friday) 40 hours work week

The Talent

Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering
Experience working with PC/Notebooks (PC Setup, PC troubleshooting).
Working experience in either SSD or HDD industry would be an advantage.
Experience with SATA and/or NVMe storage interface protocols and Windows/Linux Operating Systems.
Programming knowledge in Python.
Experience in using SATA/PCIe bus analyzers

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Develop and execute validation test plan (black box testing) on SSD devices on laptop and desktop systems.
In-charge of compatibility/system integration testing.
Perform failure analysis and collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve SSD issues.
Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality, recommend and implement test coverage improvement actions.
Analyze and create test standards and procedures.
Improve customer integration experience.
Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
